Description
Dammercide is an Italian Prog Metal Act, formed in 1994. Active in the second half of the 90’s, the band comes back with a renewed line-up including members of Arcadia and Glacial Fear. The sound evolved from the tecnical Thrash-Death of the beginnings to a Prog Metal blend defined by a complex texture of the three guitars and a more melodic and modern vocal attitude. The band released in 1996 the self-produced EP “Compromise” and, in the year 2000, the LP “Link” for the independent label Negatron Records. This two records sounds like a blend of the swedish school (In Flames, DarkTranquillity) and the american way of prog-death metal like Cynic and Atheist.
