The third full-length album by this band from Sweden is an epic journey across the black metal vast lands made from the perspective of their own perception. It brings together both the dark roots of their previous releases and the fresh offerings devoured by resurgent furiously burning fire. It all boils down to ashes and primal archaic animal essence of man. You will shudder with the visions of a votive altar made of monolithic blast beats, guitar steel cutting to the bone, visceral bass and screaming agony of the dying human essence. The album originally released in 2021 now is available in glossy digipack format with a 12-page booklet. Adding new elements and colors to their sound from album to album has become the characteristic feature of the band. This also holds true for this release. However, this time the number of new elements is much larger: new lyrical concept, different vocal arrangements and singing techniques, while Nils ‘Dominator’ Fjellstrom (ex-DARK FUNERAL, NORDJEVEL) — the new drummer of the band — is taking care of tempos and details like nobody else.
