Cleaner and Faster
The old site was clunky. We’ve cleaned out the back-end and cleared up the front-end to make sure everything runs more smoothly.
Optimized for Mobile Devices
You can finally do everything on your phone or tablet, with content properly scaled for your device.
Canadian Currency for Canadian Customers
Store prices are set in USD. The new site will present the exchanged rate in CAD for our Canadian customers.
Emphasis on CDN Artists
We have dedicated pages for our current roster, so you can go and explore new music and keep up with their latest news.
News and Social Media Sharing
In our news section we’ll be able to post label news and site announcements, and the bands will be able to post their own entries. All of it will be easily shared to social media.
The Latest Security
We’re now running on SSL, with all of the latest WordPress plugins.
Better Product Listings
We can now offer proper product bundles, better options for variable products like shirts, and embedded media previews (coming in time).
Guest Checkout
There’s no need to create a user account to place an order, though there are many benefits to having one.

Your login info and order history are still here. Log in at My Account or click the little button in the widget area.
The Store
We’ve copied over the same products and categories from the old site, updated the stock and added some new products for launch.
Our Policies
We still have the same policies for ordering, shipping, selling and trading. Take a read through the Frequently Asked Questions.
PayPal and Canada Post
We still ship exclusively with Canada Post and our payments are still handled by PayPal.
What Has Changed
The Way We Offer Coupons
The coupon codes are a huge part of our site, but the only guaranteed way to get them now is to sign up for our new mailing list. You can also follow us on our social media accounts, but the audience is always limited by those site’s algorithms. Follow – Facebook – Instagram – YouTube.
Slightly Altered Shipping Rates
We’re back to our flat-rate, weight-based shipping but it had to be adapted to a new system. Thanks for your patience. The prices should be similar to the old site – let us know if you spot any strange quotes in your cart by using the contact form on the Contact Us page (select Bug Report).
A New Wishlist System
Keep track of items you may want to order in the future by clicking the little heart button or Add To Wishlist button found throughout the site. It will be the only place to see Out of Stock products as well.
Product Search
We’ve phased out the dropdown suggestions in the search field as they use up too much memory to trawl through our large database of products. It’s not worth the performance hit to your user experience.
