Please contact CDN Records before returning any merchandise.

We do not accept returns on damaged goods caused by shipping (ie. broken jewel cases), we try our best to make sure that all packages shipped are protected using proper shipping technique's, box's, padded envelopes, bubblewrap and cardboard to protect the items. Although in cases where items are being shipped where it must cross and "border" or "custom inspection" the package may be opened and inspected in which case we can not gaurantee that the "inspector" will treat your Death-Metal or Grind-Core Cd with care.

We do not accept returns on items that you "Do not like" or "Does not fit" after buying, please ensure when buying that you "Know what your buying" before making the purchase. Check out band's website's or myspace pages and inform yourself before making purchases.

We will accept returns on items that are defective upon recieving, if you recieved a CD and it will not play or it skips please contact us prior to returning it.
